Welcome to Avenue Studio Co, a wedding and event stationery business.
We are thrilled to provide you with our products and services. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By using our website, making a purchase, or engaging in any transaction with our business, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services:

1.1. Avenue Studio Co specialises in creating custom wedding and event stationery, including but not limited to invitations, save the dates, programs, place cards, menus, and signage.
1.2. Avenue Studio Co shall provide digital proofs, revisions, and final printing and delivery of the stationery, as agreed upon with the Client.
1.3. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon with the Client.

2. Order Placement and Payment:
2.1. Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly via email.
2.2. Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order.
2.3. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or bank transfers.
2.4. Prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Shipping charges, will be specified and added during the checkout process.


3. Customisation and Design:
3.1. Our wedding and event stationery products can be customised based on your preferences, including paper stock colours, print method, shapes and wording, subject to the limitations outlined in our product descriptions.
3.2. Custom design services are available upon request and incur additional fees. The details and cost of custom design services will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

4. Proofing and Approval:
4.1. After placing an order, we will provide a digital proof of your customised stationery for your review and approval. You are eligible to 2 complimentary revisions. Any additional revisions after that will incur a fee of 30% of your original order price.  
4.2. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proofs for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, and design elements.
4.3. Once you approve the final proof, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions discovered after printing. Reprinting costs for approved designs with errors will be your responsibility.


5. Production and Shipping:
5.1. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and our current workload. You can read through the estimated timelines on our website under “Process”.
5.2. The cost of postage for boxed stationery is a flat fee of $25. The cost of postage for boxed Signage is a flat fee of $35. All orders will be shipped through Australia Post Express shipping. Please refer to Australia Post’s website for shipping timeframes.
5.3. We strive to meet estimated delivery dates; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or shipping carriers.


6. Returns and Refunds:
6.1. As Avenue Studio Co is a service based business, all our products are customised and made to order. We do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind or personal circumstances. It is imperative that you choose your products carefully before placing your order.  


7. Loss or Damage:
7.1 Once your products are delivered to us at Avenue Studio Co, we carefully inspect each and every piece of stationery and product, ensuring there is no damage, as well as take a photo to confirm with each customer before we pass it onto the courier for delivery. 
7.2 Avenue Studio Co cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the greatest care to ensure your products are in safe and appropriate packaging to avoid any damage during delivery. 


8. Intellectual Property:
8.1. All designs, images, and content on our website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any of our designs or content without our explicit written permission.


9. Privacy and Data Protection:
9.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.


10. Limitation of Liability:
10.1. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
10.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or services.

Avenue Studio Co reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
