Shipping Methods:
We offer Australia Post Express shipping as our standard shipping for our customers to ensure your stationery is in your hands as quickly as possible, rather than in transit for a week or two.
Shipping Times:
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please look on the Australia Post website for estimated arrival times for shipping.
Production Times:
Please note that production times are separate from shipping times. As our stationery items are custom and made-to-order, it is important to consider the production timeframe when placing your order. The estimated production time can be found in our Process.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to customers outside of our domestic region. However, please be aware that shipping rates, customs fees, and import taxes may apply. These additional costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations and clearance procedures may also impact delivery times, so we recommend allowing sufficient time for international shipments.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a link to track your package's progress. This allows you to monitor the shipment and estimate the delivery date. Tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email we send to you.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Shipping Fees:
The cost of postage for boxed stationery is a flat fee of $25. The cost of postage for signage is a flat fee of $35.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Avenue Studio Co cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the greatest care to ensure your products are in safe and appropriate packaging to avoid any damage during delivery.
